Watery Central Park, times two

New York City reservoir in Central Park

The sky was almost bluer than could be imagined when the Dawn Jogger did her jaunt around the reservoir this morning. The throngs of Central Park visitors were gone, replaced by hard core exercisers and the usual sprinkling of European tourists. (Oh, what a Euro can buy!)

After catching up on some odds and ends that needed taking care of, she went back out after lunch, walking across the Park to the Natural History museum where she learned about the human brain and took in the dinosaur rooms, which were great fun to see. On the way back, she stopped to watch the rowboats on the lake. Two picture perfect postcards in one day…
