The Dawn Jogger headed over to Oakland today to spend some time with Grace and her Dad. (Brother James and Mom are in SoCal.) The outing included a stop at the good Piedmont market Mulberry’s for sandwiches and a picnic in the part across the street. The play equipment was preschool size and Grace held her own with a bunch of three year old boys who kept hogging the slide (natch). They visit finished with a look at a home Grace’s parents are considering in the Montclair neighborhood. The very attractive house has a lot of steps but otherwise much to recommend it. Grace, of course, thinks steps are for skipping up and down…
