It’s hot (finally) and so are the wildflowers

The first warm weather of the season arrived yesterday, as did a friend from the East. That made for a good reason to hike Windy Hill. They got off to an early enough start to get up the steep sunny side before the heat of the day set in, and then took their time ambling back down Hamm’s Gulch. At every elevation there were different wildflower stands. Of particular note were the the blue something or others…
